Responsibilities:
As
part of our operations team you will directly support the Director of
Operations. You will be responsible for successfully managing client
relationships as well as the on-site implementation team to achieve the
required outcomes as agreed upfront with our clients. As the day-to-day team
leader, it will be critical to establish credible and professional business
relationships with the client and your implementation team. You will be
responsible for ensuring that the identified deliverables are completed on-time
and meet the required scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in sales, pre-project business assessments and project activity to ensure continuity of and delivery of identified deliverables
- Designing the project approach, key event schedule, management system, process and managerial norm improvements
- Preparing regular feedback, presentations, critiques, documentation, and performance updates to client and Mensana management
- Providing leadership, management and training to consultants
- Training of the client management team on the methodology and improvements to the management system, processes and managerial norms
- Identifying and collaborating with Business Development to initiate additional areas of opportunity to benefit the client
- Contributing to the knowledge of Mensana by developing and submitting methodology, updating current tools/templates, designing new tools/templates to improve how we impact the profitability of our clients
- Ensuring compliance with client workplace health and safety regulations
- Ensuring compliance with Mensana governance
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree an asset; PMP Certification an asset
- Minimum 5 years work experience with at least 3 years’ experience in implementation based consulting or equivalent
- Must have experience managing implementation based projects
- Strong command of English with excellent written and oral communication skills, French and Spanish an asset
- Ability to travel 100% in North America; valid passport required
- Exceptional leadership and management skills to lead, train, develop and hold employees accountable
- Capable of leading clients through all phases of a project
- Demonstrated performance in meeting/exceeding project deliverables and objectives consistently
- Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
- Desire and comfort to work directly with clients
- Strong facilitation and persuasion skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of energy, persistence and strong desire to achieve results
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Outlook, Access)

You will be accountable for specific deliverables as part of an on-site project team that provides substantial, immediate, and quantifiable improvements to our clients, delivering the results that quickly put them in a cash flow positive position. You will be responsible to work independently and collaboratively with the Mensana implementation team and client to ensure your deliverables support the overall improvement requirements of the initiative.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree an asset

- Strong command of English with excellent written and oral communication skills, French and Spanish an asset
